Dear Paul,

PM> works as it should. Here's the macro I used:

PM>
%SUBJECT="Re:%SETPATTREGEXP='(?i)\A(?::?\s*)%-(?:(?:\s*(?:fwd|re|aw|fw|antwort|wg|forw)%-(?:\[\d*\])?:\s*)|(?:\s*\[.*\]\s*))*%-(.*?)(?:(?:\s*\((?:was|war):.*\)\s*)|%-(?:\((?:PGP|S/MIME)
PM> Decrypted\)))*\z'%-%REGEXPMATCH='%OSUBJ'"

There is a version 3 flavour of the macro below the one you copied
(which was for version 1/2) which starts:

%_______%REM="clean subject - by daniel hahler"%________%-

I use this version myself.
