I can give you a perfect reason. The people running the Exchange server have a 50MB limit on mailboxes. A few project documentation e-mails with user training guides kills that in a heartbeat. I got one DB schema document for a project from one of our contractors that was 28MB by itself. I move everything into my PST also. -- TBUDL/BETA/DEV/TECH Lists Moderator / PGP 0x6C0AB16B __ ____ ____ ____ Geocaching: http://gps.PCWize.com ( ) ( ___)(_ _)( ___) TBUDP Wiki Site: http://www.PCWize.com/thebat/tbudp )(__ )__) _)(_ )__) Roguemoticons & Smileys: http://PCWize.com/thebat (____)(____)(____)(__) PHP Tutorials and snippets: http://www.DevTek.org This is an object-oriented system.
