I can give you a perfect reason. The people running the Exchange
server have a 50MB limit on mailboxes. A few project documentation
e-mails with user training guides kills that in a heartbeat. I got one
DB schema document for a project from one of our contractors that was
28MB by itself.

I move everything into my PST also.
