At the end of every day I maintain folders, do a backup and close down TB before shutting down the PC.
I do have a schedule that does an auto folder maintain and backup every six hours during the day. When I shut down the PC everything happens as you would esxpect except that more often than not I get a message saying that TB is still running and should I 'End Now'.
