Well, I fixed it by downloading ALL my messages. I then just deleted all duplicates. There was only about 1 gb of email to sort through lol...I hope that the option that was changed in Gmail, fixed any future backup and restores. When restoring a backup, The Bat should simply download all email from the date of the backup till now...Simple Thanks everyone for there help!
