Create a full backup, uninstall TB and install it again with a restore
from backup.
You'll need to manually move (don't delete it yet) the old message
base as that won't be deleted by the uninstall procedure and the
restore procedure wants to place the message base to the same spot.

To enable your preferences and registration info, you'll need to close
TB after restoring the backup and start it again.
