That's odd behaviour. Is this happening to one account or to multiple
accounts? When inspecting the messages via webmail, are they listed
correct on the server? (You might try to keep messages one day at the
server, so you can inspect messages that show up corrupted in TB.)

Are you using any proxy servers? (virus scanner, spam filter, content
fiter in firewall)
