Hello Bat-Folk! I have a spam filter meant to trigger if a subject line contains [SPAM].
It seems as though the filter is ignoring the brackets though as any message with SPAM anywhere in the subject line is being sent to the spam folder. Must I do something special to alert the filtering tools to not ignore the brackets?
