Another (permanent) solution is:

=> Options|Preferences…|Viewer/Editor|Message Headers

- Select the To:-Header
- Click [Edit]
- Choose tab "Editing"
- Disable "Use seperate history list for each field"
- Enable both "While-you-type actions"
- Choose in listboxes "Default Addressbook only" or "All Addressbooks"

This will disable the automatic completion for addressees, which are
*not* in your addressbook(s).
