Open Call for Papers - IEEE Computer Magazine IEEE Computer magazine (www.computer.org/computer) is always looking for high quality content, including articles in the computer communications and networking areas. In particular, we solicit contributions that would impact the design and implementation at host computers and applications. Articles must be relevant to practice, stressing meaningful applications of principles to important problems. Case studies should include enough detail so that readers can relate them to their own situation and research articles should be written at a level of abstraction that will be understandable to Computer's broad readership. Topics of interest include, but are not limited to, the following:
