VISITING ACADEMIC POSITIONS

The Department of Computer Science at the University of Cyprus has a number of 
vacancies for Visiting Academics at the ranks of Lecturer, Assistant, 
Associate, and Full Professor.  Applications are being accepted in all areas, 
but we are particularly interested in:

Theoretical Computer Science / Security / Visual Computing / Computer Games / 
Human Computer Interaction / Software Engineering / Computer Networks / Data 
Management

A visiting appointment is for one semester (Spring Semester:  15 Jan -- 31 May; 
Fall Semester: 1 Sept -- 31 Dec), but can be renewed for up to four semesters.

Applicants should hold a Ph.D. in a relevant subject and BE FLUENT IN GREEK 
(both of these requirements are mandatory).

The monthly gross salary for these positions is:

Visiting Academic (Professor)                   EUR3.845,84
Visiting Academic (Associate Professor)         EUR3.456,98
Visiting Academic (Assistant Professor)         EUR3.279,45
Visiting Academic (Lecturer)                    EUR2.860,41

Presently, the Department is seeking applications for the academic year
