Dear Colleagues,

It is understandable that different levels of conferences are needed for
supporting different standards. It is also good to have local venues for
those who may not have enough fund to try for overseas conferences.
However, what is not good is using fake TC or any name without the person's
consent. Working throughout the past few months, and communicating one by
one, it has been possible for me to take down some Web sites falsely noting
my name (and others' names) or using that without the relevant person's
knowledge. Some years ago, I found it not a problem when I started doing
'so so' things as a Ph.D. student. Also, it takes time to understand who is
who, what is what. Even after understanding, sometimes our need may drive
us not to choose the best venue always. Some organizations may have invited
so-and-so to join and once got the consent, they started using the names
arbitrarily for anything afterwards. Shouldn't it be termed 'abuse of
names'? While all or many of those associations have dropped my name (after
I wrote once to TCCC group mentioning some of their names), this Webpage is
found now, which is still active:

International Conference on Cloud Computing and e-Governance 2012, July 26
- 28, Hotel Narai, Bangkok, Thailand
http://www.iccceg.org/comt.html

I see some big names there as well on the TC, may be all are involved.
However, the conference chairs should know at least who replied on my
behalf to put my name there:

Prof. Dr. G. S. Tomar, Director, MIR Labs, India
Prof. Dr. Tai-hoon Kim, Professor, Hanmam University, Korea
Dr. E. Saikishore Elangovan, CIO, Techno Forum Software Solutions, Australia

Sponsors are: ASDF (http://www.asdf.org.in/) and SERSC (
http://www.sersc.org/)

Please let me know who to contact. Is that email address on the page
functioning?

Thank you for reading this OPEN letter and more thanks will be
automatically taken, as my name appeared there automatically!

Regards,
Sakib
