The conference is organized by Korea Institute of Information Scientists and Engineers (KIISE) and technically co-sponsored by IEEE Computer Society & IEICE Communications Society. We are now inviting general participation for ICOIN 2013, which has distinguishing technical papers, keynote speeches and invited tutorials in the areas of wired/wireless network architecture, communications protocol, future internet, and network convergence. Bangkok is the political, economic and cultural center of Thailand. The city occupies 1,568.7 square kilometers in the Chao Phraya River delta in Central Thailand and has a population of over eight million. It features unique cultural attractions as well as modern conveniences. The city is dotted with 400 glittering Buddhist temples, magnificent palaces, classical dance performances, and a still functioning traditional way of life.
