Dear Members of TCCC: Academic and industrial partners joined in a collaborative project, funded by the Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF), to develop a high-performance platform for the analysis of biomarkers.
The project team at the data center of the Johannes Gutenberg-University Mainz is currently searching for a research fellow (m/f) in the field of computer science (full time) for the next possible starting date. Responsibilities include: - Conception of a secure platform to store and process biomarker data - Development of high-performance algorithms for biomarker analysis - Collaboration with participating professors and exchange within the project group - Active support / assistance in teaching - Assistance in evaluating and publishing project results Your qualifications: - University degree in computer science or a similar field (Master University/University of Applied Science or Diplom University) - Interest in efficient algorithms for high-performance computing and biomarker data - Advanced analytical, conceptual and communicative skills - Commitment, self-initiative and organizational skills We offer an interesting, future-oriented job in medical research and support dissertation projects whenever possible.
