Hello Workshop Organizer(s), Science and Information (SAI) Conference 2013 will be held in London, a vibrant and historical city which is home to multiple academic institutions and where visitors can enjoy a variety of activities and entertainment from the London Eye to Oxford Street to the ever green London Bridge! SAI Conference 2013 invites proposals for the workshop program that will be scheduled on the 7th and 8th of October, 2013 in conjunction with the conference, thereby maximizing benefits to attendees from both the conference and workshops. The workshops will provide a venue for researchers and industry practitioners to share their new ideas, preliminary research results and practical development experiences on topics of current interest. IEEE Montreal Section Important Dates: Proposal Submission (Deadline) : February 15, 2013 Acceptance Notification : February 20, 2013 Workshop Program Announcement : March 01, 2013 All members from Computer Science, Electronics and Communication related areas are invited to submit proposals for review. The proposed workshops should focus on emerging research areas and applications, on open research challenges and cut-edge technology, multi-disciplinary topics that can foster exchange of ideas and collaboration between different disciplines. Names, addresses, and a short biography with CV of the organizers . A brief description (up to 1 page) of the technical issues that the workshop will address . Names of potential participants, such as program committee members and invited speakers . Planned format of the workshop, such as number of refereed papers, hot topic sessions, keynotes, panels etc. . A description of past versions of the workshop, including number of submitted and accepted papers, number of attendees, etc. . A description of the publicity and promotion plan . A draft of call for papers Workshop organizers who are able to attract more than 12 attendees to the conference, shall receive complimentary 3-DAY registration to the conference along with accommodation.
