Following requests from some authors to extend the deadlines for submissions of papers to PACT 2013 due to the Easter holidays, we have decided to extend the deadline for submission of papers until April 21 2013. International Journal Publications: We guarantee that for authors who may be considering submitting papers, to be aware that in addition to your papers appearing in the IEEE Xplore and PACT conference proceedings authors of excellent papers from PACT 2013 conference will be invited to further extend the lengths of their papers for review for publication in three international Journals. We also seek to encourage the emergence of functionally skilled technocrats within the continent. We invite research papers, workshop proposals, and panel proposals on the following topics listed here. The list is not exhaustive. Tutorials and Sessions which will impact on and enhance post graduate research within the continent will be considered. Training Workshops on research software tools such as Matlab, Scilab, Genesys, Comsol Multiphysics and others are welcome.
