Call for Tutorial Proposals

The 19th IEEE International Conference on Networks (ICON2013) conference will
be held in Singapore on December 11-13, 2013. In addition to the main
conference's technical program, workshops and special sessions, the program
will also include several tutorials. The goal of these tutorials is to provide
a comprehensive overview on topics relevant to the areas of networks, keeping
in mind the inter-disciplinary audience. We are soliciting proposals for a
limited number of tutorials. Each tutorial can be half-day or full-day.
Tutorial participants will be charged a separate tutorial fee. Proposals will
be evaluated by the ICON 2013 Organizing Committee. Organizing Committee may
decide to cancel the tutorial if it does not meet a minimum number of tutorial
participants by a certain date.

The dates for tutorial proposal would follow the same deadlines as the main
ICON conference (please refer to http://www.ieee-icon.org/).

The tutorial proposal, in plain text or PDF, should include:

1.      Title, synopsis and outline;

2.      Target audience;

3. Proposer's name, address, affiliation and a short Bio of the
instructor(s);

4. Preferred length of tutorial (half-day/full-day).

Important Dates:

*       Tutorial Proposal Submission: 1 May, 2013
*       Tutorial: 11 December, 2013
*       Conference: 11-13 December, 2013

Please submit your tutorial proposals to the Tutorial Chair Xu Shao
