We are pleased to invite you to organize a tutorial in conjunction with the 19th IEEE International Conference on Networks (ICON 2013).
For detailed information of the conference, please visit our web site at: http://www.ieee-icon.org/ Call for Tutorial Proposals The 19th IEEE International Conference on Networks (ICON2013) conference will be held in Singapore on December 11-13, 2013. In addition to the main conference's technical program, workshops and special sessions, the program will also include several tutorials. The goal of these tutorials is to provide a comprehensive overview on topics relevant to the areas of networks, keeping in mind the inter-disciplinary audience. We are soliciting proposals for a limited number of tutorials. Each tutorial can be half-day or full-day. Tutorial participants will be charged a separate tutorial fee. Proposals will be evaluated by the ICON 2013 Organizing Committee. The tutorial proposal, in plain text or PDF, should include: 1. Title, synopsis and outline; 2. Target audience; 3. Proposer's name, address, affiliation and a short Bio of the instructor(s); 4.
