The Electrical Engineering and Computer Science Department at The Catholic University of America has a Millennium Scholarship available to prospective Ph.D. students in Electrical Engineering. In order to be considered for the scholarship, applicants must be new to CUA, must have a GPA >= 3.6 (linear scaling of GPA applies to students coming from universities outside USA), a minimum GRE score of 1300 (Quantitative and Verbal), and at least two letters of recommendation. Refereed conference and journal publications are a strong plus.
