OK - I've pushed out the 3.0.2 release. This fixes the
"fetch any old file" security bug reported by "Petrus Vloet".
It also cleans up all the random "puts stderr" commands that
David LeBlanc reported. Finally, I added an INSTALL file and
fixed the scenario where you install in a non-standard location;
e.g., not in parallel with your main Tcl installation.
I'll be away all next week, starting this Saturday, and mostly
away from email contact. Pound on it Friday, but I also have
a major new push to the www.scriptics.com web site to make.
