Thanks for the patch, Glenn!

I've just done a 3.1 version that has all the packages renamed to
be httpd::mumble (e.g., httpd::doc, httpd::cgi), and there are a couple
of more minor things I'd like to do before a tar-file release.
So, look for a 3.1.1 sometime soon.  Either this week, or in two weeks
as I'll be gone all next week (competing at http://www.footbag.org/worlds/)
