the general structure of your design.
It will ship with a stardll that has Tcl/Tk plus several interesting
extensions for Perl-Tcl/Tk users to take advantage of.
I remember stardll was mentioned, and I beleive it will be convenient to
use.

Yes, you are correct. It is for encapsulating all the Tcl stuff only.
