To clarify, I told Carol that I don't know anything about Frameusers being up or down. I unsubscribed from that a year or more ago because I found that I wanted to spend way too much time trying to help everyone whose problems I was familiar with. Until Adobe starts sending me a paycheck, I have to limit my attempts at technical support. :-)
