Hi Donna, I would be disappointed as well. I had good experiences with both
Vasont webinars, using high-speed access (one at a nearby public library,
the other at a friend's house).  I have dial-up at home and do not expect to
succeed in receiving any sort of rich content.  There were a couple of brief
intermissions during with a few words were lost, but I picked up the thread
as soon as they came back.

I did have to switch from Firefox to IE, and install software (no reboot
required).
