I wouldn't say it's an addiction thing. My mother always forgets to
silence or turn hers off at movies, mainly because she forgets she has
it on her. I wouldn't call myself a cell phone addict, but I do have
mine on me at all times (it's my primary phone number), and I always
at least silence my phone. Unless I absolutely need to, I don't turn
it off completely in case my kids need to reach me ICE.
