General support for remote capturing would need
1) a way to find hosts that support remote capturing (whether by
scanning the hosts file for SITA hosts, or using DNS Service Discovery,
or the Service Location Protocol, or Universal Plug and Play, or...)
and
2) given a host, enumerating the capture interfaces on that host.
SITA would plug into 1) by using acn_parse_hosts_file() and into 2) by,
at least as I read acn_parse_hosts_file(), assuming one device per hosts
file entry.
