Does the Ipaq kernel have the socket filter compiled in? (I.e., is the
packet filtering being done in the kernel or in libpcap?)
These *might* be a consequence of at least some ARM toolchains padding
structures to a multiple of 4 bytes, but I'd have to see if we're
depending on, say, "sizeof" operators in C returning unpadded sizes in
libpcap (a lot of that has been cleaned up in tcpdump, thanks to Chris
Demetriou and NetBSD ARM port work).
