  It has been suggested by a number of people that the "tcpdump" name
should be made historical and that a new name should be introduced.

  The "tcpdump" argv[0] would still remain to establish defaults like
tcpdump, but that the new name could have different defaults and saner
command line options. 

  One suggestion that I had was "netvax" (it vacuums packets afterall), and
has a nice historical confusion :-)
