I would like to build libpcap (I have 0.4) on QNX version 6.01, for use as a Snort-based IDS appliance.
When I run "configure --host=i386" script, I get the message "cannot determine the packet capture interface". I am not that familiar with the QNX internals, so I'm not sure where to go from here. I have placed messages on some QNX and Snort lists, but no response so far. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. ..Thanks, Dan - This is the TCPDUMP workers list.
