(Please don't send mail by replying to an un-related thread - some mail
readers use the "References:" header to construct e-mail threads, and
replying in that fashion, without removing the "References:" header,
puts your message in an unrelated thread.  Fortunately, one of those
mail readers, Mutt, lets the person reading mail edit the messages, and
delete the "References:" header.)

We don't have any documentation for it.

Some of the optimizer's behavior is similar to that of the BPF+
optimizer; see the "BPF+: Exploiting Global Data-flow Optimization in a
