hello,

I have a little problem with tcpdump on linux 2.4.7. In fact, when I sniff the trafic,
the clock printed is not as precise as it should be.
example:
17:07:45.914206 12.0.0.5.2749 > 14.0.0.5.32784: P 1:23(22) ack 1 win 5792
<nop,nop,timestamp 242602 240880> (DF)
17:07:45.914206 14.0.0.5.32784 > 12.0.0.5.2749: . ack 23 win 5840 <nop,nop,timestamp
240880 242602> (DF) [tos 0x8]
17:07:45.914206 12.0.0.5.2749 > 14.0.0.5.32784: F 23:23(0) ack 1 win 5792
<nop,nop,timestamp 242602 240880> (DF)
17:07:45.914206 14.0.0.5.32784 > 12.0.0.5.2749: F 1:1(0) ack 24 win 5840
<nop,nop,timestamp 240880 242602> (DF) [tos 0x8]
17:07:45.914206 12.0.0.5.2749 > 14.0.0.5.32784: . ack 2 win 5792 <nop,nop,timestamp
242602 240880> (DF)
17:07:45.954206 14.0.0.5.32781 > 12.0.0.5.ftp: . ack 121 win 5840 <nop,nop,timestamp
240884 242601> (DF) [tos 0x10]
17:07:45.954206 12.0.0.5.ftp > 14.0.0.5.32781: P 121:145(24) ack 25 win 5792
<nop,nop,timestamp 242605 240884> (DF)
17:07:45.954206 14.0.0.5.32781 > 12.0.0.5.ftp: . ack 145 win 5840 <nop,nop,timestamp
240884 242605> (DF) [tos 0x10]
17:07:46.424206 14.0.0.5.32781 > 12.0.0.5.ftp: P 25:33(8) ack 145 win 5840
<nop,nop,timestamp 240931 242605> (DF) [tos 0x10]
17:07:46.424206 12.0.0.5.ftp > 14.0.0.5.32781: P 145:165(20) ack 33 win 5792
<nop,nop,timestamp 242653 240931> (DF)
17:07:46.424206 14.0.0.5.32781 > 12.0.0.5.ftp: . ack 165 win 5840 <nop,nop,timestamp
240931 242653> (DF) [tos 0x10]

What can I do to solve it ?

Thank you
