Hi Wei, Just a quick request before I get to your email. I'm totally fine with people subscribing via daily digests (although honestly, there aren't enough posts to warrent it IMHO), but please try to trim the digest and fix the subject line to match up with the thread you are responding to. Those of us who have threading support in our mail clients thank you.
With that said, answers inline... Wouldn't be too hard to write a shell script to capture traffic to a file via tcpdump, wait a second or two and send them again with tcpreplay. I'm not familar enough with RTP/SRTP to tell you what will happen when you replay the traffic, but I suspect that's why you're doing the test. > 2. have Tcpreplay (tcpwrite) modify some bits in the recorded pcap file and > have tcpreplay replay the file. This will be a test against authentication. Depending on what bits you want modified, yeah it can do that. If it doesn't support rewriting the bits you want let me know and I'll see what I can do after 3.0. Or maybe someone at Intel can submit a patch. :) -- Aaron Turner http://synfin.net/ ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Take Surveys. Earn Cash.
