Uh, then one of us is really confused. You told tcprewrite to change the source and destination MAC addresses in your source pcap (in.pcap) which is in DLT_C_HDLC encapsulation. The thing is that DLT_C_HDLC encapsulation has no MAC addresses (source or destination).
