Asking people you don't know to send you binaries is a great way to get a virus, trojan or spyware. There is an offical download site for tcpreplay and I strongly recommend you use that. Yes, this means you'll need a compiler, but such is life. The other option (for Linux, *BSD, etc) is to use your package management system to download pre-compiled binaries.
