Nope, not using libtool.  At some point in time I will (I plan to make
the tcpedit code a standalone library), but not until after 3.0.
Anyways, I know it's not considered best practices to static link, but
honestly I don't have time to come up with a more elegant solution
that won't incur a bunch of support requests.  If you feel
sufficiently motivated to provide such a patch using libtool I'll be
more then happy to include it though.
