There is not enough information here to know if tcpreplay is the proper tool.

Have you read the online documentation at
http://tcpreplay.synfin.net/trac/wiki/manual? That differentiates
between the capabilities of tcpreplay and flowreplay. The
documentation seems quite clear to me on identifying the capabilities
of tcpreplay. However, that's an insider's opinion and if you find
that the documentation is not clear in some way, I'm sure Aaron would
welcome additional documentation that would help clarify.

tcpreplay might work if you are testing a network IDS. It would not be
appropriate for testing a response from a host. If flowreplay were
released, it would handle the host testing needs. It is definitely
useful to have flowreplay discussed, because it clearly helps one
understand the difference in scope between the tools, even if it is
not available.
