From the documentation it is not really clear to me how to achieve
the following:

1) On one machine capture the traffic coming in on a certain port
(all UDP!)

    tcpdump -i <interface> -s0 -p dst port <port> -w sample.dump

2) Rewrite the destination of all packages to localhost

    tcprewrite -i sample.dump ...some option... -o local.dump

3) Replay it on another machine

    tcpreplay --intf1=lo local.dump

Or

2) Rewrite the destination of all packages to ip 172.16.1.3

    tcprewrite -i sample.dump ...some option... -o priv.dump

3) Replay it on another machine

    tcpreplay --intf1=eth1 priv.dump

cheers
