Well here's a detailed example I just wrote up:

I didn't have the time to create a testbed and actually test things,
so it's possible I got it wrong.  If so, let me know.  If it doesn't
work, be sure to include:

1) What commands you ran (exactly)
2) Your original pcap
3) MAC addresses of your firewall
4) Why it didn't work.  You'll need to do some trouble shooting to
figure that out, but unfortunately, there's no way I can re-create
your test bed 100% accurately to determine this on my own.
