You should use one host with two interfaces to run tcpreplay- there's
no way to synchronize tcpreplay running on two different hosts.
tcpreplay is built for speed which is why you need to do the added
step of creating a cache file with tcpprep- it makes tcpreplay run
MUCH faster when using two interfaces.   If you're concerned with
performance, be sure to read the documentation about tuning for high
performance.  Also, read up on the --enable-file-cache option.
