Actually, I think you're the first person to request PPP/FR
conversion, and currently it's not supported.  A list of supported DLT
types an be found here on the wiki:

Anyways, which PPP and Frame Relay DLT's are you referring to exactly?
 I'm reading the pcap/bpf.h header and there appears to be quite a few
PPP and Frame Relay types.  If you can provide sample pcap files, I'll
be happy to open tickets and see about working on them in the future
when I have time.

If someone at your company is interested in contributing a PPP/FR DLT
decoder (not sure how easy it would be, but point-to-point
encapsulation tends to be easier to handle) they can read the DLT
plugin developer documentation here:
