My actual aim is to let flow the traffic merging the pcap files of multiple
protocols and pass it through L7 filter for protocol detection. And the output
flow of traffic from L7 filter to be checked from Wireshark (to be sure about
the detected protocols from L7 filter).
FOr this purpose, i was thinking of that way using two ethernets.
I don't know whether i am going into right direction or not.

Think about activating ip forwarding that you can replay packets through both
interfaces.
