1. Housing deadlines<https://spnhc2025.ku.edu/accommodations> are fast approaching. After each deadline, rooms will be released into general circulation, and we cannot guarantee availability thereafter. Deadlines are as follows: * KU Housing - Stouffer Apartments - April 24 (this Thursday) If you are wanting to room with certain individuals, your details need to be entered into the rooming spreadsheet<https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1-daHQQ2bKoL4t314sVu6JzZc-PLEv-_hID5_0GtpIPk/edit?gid=0#gid=0> also by this Friday. * SpringHill Suites, DoubleTree, and TownePlace - April 27 * Eldridge - April 29 * Oread - May 3 1. We still have spaces available in some of our field trips<https://spnhc2025.ku.edu/fieldtrips> and workshops<https://spnhc2025.ku.edu/workshops>. We need a minimum number of registrations to make these viable so if you are on the fence regarding these, please sign up ASAP.
