Hello, I am seeking the sage advice of this wonderful group once again. A small group of us on my campus are beginning discussions on incorporating child care at the college (currently there is none) or working on finding a local agency to give discount to college employees.
In addition, another group is analyzing our maternity leave policy. To this end, I was hoping to get some anecdotal comparisons from colleagues at other small colleges.
