Hi, Suzanne. They're a little off the wall, but David Karp has a wonderful piece probably 25 years back in Journal of Contemporary Ethnography (which was probably called Urban Life back then) called "Hiding in Pornographic Bookstores." Also, Spencer Cahill (with a bunch of a his students) had a piece about behavior in public restrooms that's really nice. As I say, they're both off the beaten track, but they're titilating and, much more importantly, they're really good ethnography. Of course, they're much more about how people use public space than how an organization structures such a space, but they are fundamentally organizational in orientation.
