I will be teaching Race and Ethnic Minorities this fall for the first time. The primarily text will be a custom edition of "Racial and Ethnic Relations" by Feagin and Feagin. The following is an "official" brief description of the course.
This course is a comparative historical review of racial and ethnic minorities in the United States. It covers the entrance of different groups into U.S. society and the factors that shaped their experiences. I would be interested in hearing any thoughts/suggestions for this course. I'm especially looking forward to hearing about any projects or activities that have been used in the past by list members. Thank you in advance for all your assistance. Feel free to contact me off line with whatever you might be willing to share. Dale __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!? Tired of spam? Yahoo!
