Teaching responsibilities will include a mix of introductory and advanced subjects consistent with the candidate’s expertise (such as social stratification, racial and ethnic relations, development/third world/globalization, gender and/or aging). The successful applicant will be expected to teach from a global perspective, to develop a productive research program and to generate external support for her or his research program.
