Quoting from that link: ----- [..] Tomasz Finc and Arthur Richards started conducting internal trainings for teams [..]. This had the advantage of providing a WMF-centric perspective, keeping and evolving knowledge in-house, engendering a greater degree of trust amongst the teams, and building a stronger sense of collaboration and unity. However, this approach has negatively impacted Tomasz and Arthur’s other existing responsibilities and has provided little room for followup or improvement, highlighting that this approach is not scalable. ----- That sounds very easy to solve to me. On one hand we have two resources (Arthur and Tomasz) with proven track records of successfully "agilizating" folks. On the other hand, they are distracted with other responsibilities. My lame proposal would be to ask Arthur and Tomasz whether they would be interested to change role and become "principal agile evangelists". Aka dedicated to spreading Agility around (the ASG proposal?). But I guess you two are not wiling to move away from your current awesome mobile team :-] My 0x3ca3d70a cents (IEEE 754) -- Antoine "hashar" Musso _______________________________________________ teampractices mailing list [email protected] https://lists.wikimedia.org/mailman/listinfo/teampractices
