It might be reasonable to close old bugs as NEEDSINFO (if you're genuinely unsure if it's still present). But this doesn't need to be done blind (it can be a group of informed people in some kind of coordinated session, spending a minute or so on each bug), and I'm not really convinced this needs to be coordinated with the migration.
