Rather than a lot of verbiage that gets out of date, I think it's more useful to link to Phabricator projects doing interesting things, so I added The Research team has an Analytics-Kanban <https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/tag/analytics-kanban/> workboard with limits on the number of tasks in some columns. The Analytics-Backlog <https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/tag/analytics-backlog/> board feeds into this.
