Well, for VE that mostly happens because James simply knows everything. Is it an "interrupt" if you knew at the start of the quarter that you would > have to do it? > I think so. I think it ends up being half critical bugs and half (since I joined) process re-engineering. But Interrupt may not be the best name for it.
