Yes, I don't let anything through unless the sender is subscribed to the the 
list (hold it for moderation).

Hi Allen, I didn't know you were moderating the list. Having said that, I used 
to run an Alternate Energy List that was fairly popular. Over time, I learned 
that I couldn't let it stay unmoderated. There was too much junk like what 
you're discussing. I eventually had to give up on the list for lack of time to
