This e-mail is from the Engineering Department of Iowa Public Television. In an attempt to serve Iowa Schools better, we are conducting a short survey of all the school districts concerning the reception of the Iowa Public Television (IPTV) programming signal of each of your school buildings. Please assist us with this important survey by answering the following questions or by forwarding the e-mail survey to the person in your organization that can help us.

Also, when you respond to this survey, your institution's name will be put into a drawing for one of the following equipment packages. Select which package you are interested in being drawn for 1, 2, 3,4 or 5.
1) Two Cisco Aironet 340 series 11 Mbps Bridge (Access points) plus two Cisco Aironet340 series 11 Mbps PCMCIA Cards.
2) One Orinoco AP-1000 Access point plus two WaveLAN Silver PCMCIA 11 Mbps Card
3) One Apple Airport Base Station
4) One of two PictureTel 550 ISDN/IP Videoconferencing systems.
5) Philip Maganox Web TV Classic with keyboard and remote control
